Act of Consecration

Oh my lady, O my mother!
I give myself entirely to you;
and on this day, as proof of my filial love,
I offer you my eyes, my ears,
my tongue and my heart;
in a word, my whole being.
As I am all yours, O mother of goodness!
Keep me and protect me as your child.
