Pope Francis has asked all the bishops of the world to join him in consecrating Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Friday, March 25. (To learn all about what the consecration means and why it matters, check out this story.)

Bishop Ed Scharfenberger will be at the Vatican, and the diocese will participate in the consecration at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception during the 12:15 p.m. Mass. The Mass and consecration will be livestreamed on the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Facebook page and on the Diocesan YouTube Channel.
Alexandria (Louisiana)
Bishop Robert Marshall will preside at a Holy Hour for the Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Friday, March 25, beginning with a Holy Hour at 11:00 a.m. ET in St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. The Holy Hour will include Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Rosary and the Prayer of Consecration from Pope Francis. Holy Mass for the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord will be celebrated immediately following at 12:05 p.m. in St. Francis Xavier Cathedral.
Allentown (Pennsylvania)
Bishop Alfred Schlert will offer the prayers of consecration at noon ET March 25 at the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, followed by a Mass. The public is welcome. Learn more here.
Altoona-Johnstown (Pennsylvania)
Bishop Mark Bartchak invites the faithful to a special Mass to be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Altoona, on Friday March 25. Beginning at 4:00 p.m., priests will be available for confessions. At 4:30 p.m., the Rosary will be recited. Mass will begin at 5:30 pm.
Amarillo (Texas)
There will be a Mass at 12:15 p.m. at St. Mary’s Cathedral, 1200 South Washington, Amarillo. Bishop Patrick Zurek invites all his brother priests and the Faithful to join him for the Mass. Archbishop William Lori will celebrate a special Mass at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen in Homeland March 25 at 5:30 p.m. This Mass is open to the public and attendance is encouraged.

Bishop Michael Duca will lead the Diocese in this prayer beginning at 10:45 a.m. CT at St. Joseph Cathedral with the praying of the Rosary followed by the Act of Consecration close to the time when the Holy Father is praying in Rome. Bishop David Toups invites everyone to join in person or virtually at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica. He will lead the Angelus at noon CT, Friday, March 25, and participate in the conscreation In addition, all the priests of the diocese will be uniting with Bishop Toups in praying at noon on Friday.

Bishop Michael McGovern will consecrate humanity, particularly Russia and Ukraine, to the Immaculate Heart of Mary following the 8:15 a.m. Mass in the South Nave of the Cathedral of St. Peter.

Bishop Louis Kihneman will celebrate Mass at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cathedral at 11 a.m. CT and asks all priests to join him. All the faithful are invited to attend. The Mass will be livestreamed on the diocesan YouTube and Facebook pages. Priests who cannot attend are asked to celebrate Mass at the same time in their parish church.
Birmingham (Alabama)
Bishop Steven Raica will lead a rosary and join in the consecration at the Cathedral of St. Paul in Birmingham at 11 a.m. CT on March 25. All are welcome. The bishop will also celebrate Mass for the feast of the Annunciation that evening at the cathedral at 6:30 p.m. CT.
Bismarck (North Dakota)
Bishop David Kagan will pray the prayer of consecration of Russia and the Ukraine at 11 a.m. CT on Friday, March 25 in the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Bismarck. All are most welcome to come and participate or at least at that hour pause and place yourself in communion with the Holy Father, imploring the maternal intercession and protection of Our Blessed Mother for these two nations and peoples that this war will cease and that true peace will reign. Cardinal Sean O’Malley and Bishop Robert Reed will be participating March 25 at noon ET with Mass from the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. CatholicTV will broadcast.
Bridgeport (Connecticut)
Bishop Frank Caggiano will be offering the Prayer of Consecration for Russia and Ukraine at the conclusion of the Solemn Vespers establishing the new Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Guild on Friday, March 25, beginning at 7 p.m., at Sacred Heart Church at 30 Church Street in Georgetown. Given the small size of the church, it will not be possible to invite the people of the Diocese outside of the immediate parish to attend. However, the Solemn Vespers and Prayer of Consecration will be live-streamed.
Brooklyn (New York)
Bishop Robert Brennan will host a Holy Hour of Prayer for Peace at the Cathedral Basilica of St. James, Brooklyn, at 11 a.m. ET. At noon he will celebrate the Consecration and Mass in celebration of the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord.
Brownsville (Texas)
Bishop Daniel Flores announced he will celebrate a Mass at noon on March 25 at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, and pray the Act of Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Bishop Michael Fisher will participate in the consecration at 12:10 p.m. at St. Joseph Cathedral in Buffalo.
Burlington (Vermont)

Camden (New Jersey)
Father John Fisher, OSFS, will preside over the consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary during the 12:05 p.m. Mass March 25 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Camden. (Bishop Dennis Sullivan will be out of town for seminary meetings.) All of the diocese’s faithful are asked to partake, either at the Cathedral, an event at their local parish or by a small prayer around noon that day.
Charleston (South Carolina)
Bishop Robert Guglielmone will participate as requested by the Holy Father. He has sent a letter to all priests of the diocese asking that they pray along during this important occasion.
Charlotte (North Carolina)
Bishop Peter Jugis and priests across western North Carolina will recite the same prayer at noon local time. Everyone in the diocese is invited to participate in these prayers of consecration at their parish.
Cheyenne (Wyoming)
Although Bishop Steven Biegler will be away from the Diocese of Cheyenne on March 25, he will celebrate a Mass that day with this intention, and will pray the Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary written by Pope Francis. He encourages all the clergy, religious, and faithful to join Pope Francis and Catholics around the world in the Act of Consecration.
Chicago (Illinois)
Cardinal Blaise Cupich will celebrate Mass and prayer of consecration on Friday, March 25 at noon CT, at Holy Name Cathedral. The Mass and prayer of consecration will be livestreamed.
Cincinnati (Ohio)
Archbishop Dennis Schnurr will celebrate Mass on March 25 at 11:30 a.m. ET, at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains. The public is welcome.

Bishop Andrew Cozzens will lead the diocese in the consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary with Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 25. All are invited to Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Crookston.
Dallas (Texas)
Bishop Edward Burns has announced that he will join the Holy Father Pope Francis in the consecration of Russia and Ukraine by inviting all to join him in praying the Rosary at 11:30 a.m. CT followed by Mass at noon at the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe. All are welcome to come join the bishop, imploring the maternal intercession and protection of Our Blessed Mother that all will recognize the sacredness of life and that true peace will reign. For those who cannot attend, the recitation of the Rosary and celebration of Mass will be livestreamed on the diocesan website and social media. The bishop is also asking that all Catholic churches in the diocese including the downtown cathedral ring their church bells as a call of prayer for peace. Additionally, parishes throughout the diocese on March 25 will be joining with the celebration of Mass or other liturgical activity and prayer of consecration in unity with the Holy Father.

Archbishop Samuel Aquila will be celebrating a Mass at 11:00 a.m. to open an Archdiocesan Discernment Event as part of the 2021-2023 Synod. Bishop Daniel Felton has announced that he will offer Mass on that same day Friday, the Solemnity of the Annunciation, at noon CT at St. Mary Star of the Sea in Duluth, and all the faithful are welcome to join him at that Mass. He has also asked priests of the diocese to offer some form of prayer for the intercession of Mary along with the Pope on that day, for instance through Mass intentions or a rosary.

El Paso (Texas)
Bishop Mark Seitz is asking each parish community, led by their Pastor, to look for a time to gather to pray the prayer together. The pope says that this prayer may be prayed at any time throughout the day. Many pastors may wish to recite this prayer before an image of Mary after the conclusion of the daily mass.For the unable to attend the prayer at your parish, Seitz will be reciting the prayer on the Diocesan Facebook page in Spanish and then in English beginning at 10:00 a.m. MT.
Evansville (Indiana)
Evansville Bishop Joseph Siegel will be offering the act of consecration at St. Benedict Cathedral at 11 a.m. CT, preceded by the recitation of the rosary beginning at 10:30 a.m. He has invited priests of the diocese to join the Holy Father and him in offering this consecration in their parishes at the hour corresponding to 5 p.m. Rome time in their parish. Fairbanks (Alaska)
The consecration will take place at the end of the daily 7:30 a.m. Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral on Friday, March 25. Father Robert Fath will preside on behalf of Bishop Chad Zielinski. The bishop will pray the consecration with the faithful of Toksook Bay on the shores of the Bering Sea on the same day looking towards Russia.
Fall River (Massachusetts)
A pro-Life Mass is planned for at 11 a.m. in St. Julie Billiart Church in Dartmouth of which Bishop Edgar da Cunha will be celebrant and homilist. At the conclusion of that Mass, the bishop will at noon ET pray the Act of Consecration in communion with Pope Francis.
Fargo (North Dakota)

Bishop Joseph Brennan will be joining Pope Francis in the consecration by celebrating Mass on Friday morning, March 25 at 9 a.m., the same time Pope Francis will begin his prayer. Galveston-Houston (Texas)
Cardinal Daniel DiNardo and Auxiliary Bishop Italo Dell’Oro will make the Act of Consecration on Friday, March 25 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Seminary in Houston. The Act of Consecration will consist of the first decade of the Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary prayed in common, followed by the Prayer of Consecration. The Consecration with Cardinal DiNardo will be livestreamed at www.archgh.org/live. Per the Holy Father’s global invitation, parish priests around Archdiocese are also asked to make the Act of Consecration with their parishioners at any time on March 25, so that the faithful may personally participate in the Consecration.

• Watching the live stream Consecration with Pope Francis beginning at 9:00 a.m. PT.
• Celebrating a Mass with their parish or school community with the intention of praying for peace in our world, in particular for the people of Ukraine and Russia.
• Reciting the Prayer of Consecration with their parish and school community.

Archbishop Timothy Broglio will include the prayer of consecration on Friday during a noon Mass in the Memorial Chapel at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, 101 McNair Road, Building 480, Fort Myer, VA. The Memorial Chapel has seating capacity for 712. Although U.S. Military identification is required for military personnel to enter the Joint Base, the general public may also attend the Mass by going to the Hatfield Gate on Washington Boulevard at Second Street South, Fort Myer, VA, and proceeding from there to the Visitors Center for a one-day pass. Visitors 16 and older must bring some form of government-issued identification such as a driver’s license and are advised to arrive up to an hour before the noon Mass to clear entry procedures. Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler will join Pope Francis and other Catholic bishops around the world in consecrating Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Friday, March 25, 2022. The Mass, celebrated for the Solemnity of the Annunciation, will begin at 6 p.m. CT at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Tyler.

Bishop Frank Dewane will join Pope Francis in the consecration at Epiphany Cathedral, 350 Tampa Ave. W., Venice, beginning at noon with the Prayer of Consecration and followed by the Mass. All are invited to participate. The Consecration and Mass will also be livestreamed via Facebook.
